Pedestrian killed in North Austin

An 83-year-old man was killed Wednesday morning when he was hit by a car while trying to cross Burnet Road at Richcreek Road. William Boykin, who was using a walker, was crossing Burnet when the light turned green, and he was hit by a Honda Civic, police said. It was dark at the time of the incident, and the driver told police that he did not see the man until the crash, police said. No charges are expected to be filed.

What Our Clients Say

Andrew is very professional and succeeding in getting a very satisfactory settlement in my very difficult case.  He was diligent and maintained a high level of communication throughout the process.  I would highly recommend him to anyone who is seeking assistance with a claim that is being denied by the insurance company.
