October 1, 2009 In 16 states (Texas is not one of them), drugs now kill more people than auto accidents do, the government said. Experts said the shift reflects two opposite trends: Driving, is becoming safer, and the legal and illegal Use of powerful prescription painkillers is on the rise.

I would highly recommend Andrew Traub and his Lawfirm. After my accident I had a complicated birth and 4 other lawyers refused to take my case. Andrew was very understanding and informative from the start. He gave me options and expectations and kept me in the loop of what was going with my case the entire time. I really appreciate all the hard work he and his team did so that I could be compensated for my injuries.

I was involved in a multiple vehicle crash with complicated injuries, and despite my best efforts could not deal with the insurance companies alone. From the start, Andrew was reassuring, insightful, and determined. He gently guided me through the litigation process, and sought out new resources to further my recovery. My case took time to build, and while sometimes I felt unsure Andrew never wavered. In the end, the Traub Law Office secured an amazing settlement for me! I am so grateful to Andrew, Talia, and Lynne for their kindness and dedication. Now I can move on with my life, and heartily refer anyone who needs a true and accomplished lawyer to Andrew Traub!
I enjoyed working with The Traub Law Office. For me the most important thing besides the great customer service was that they always responded to my calls and emails. Thank you for all your hard work.

I will be the first to admit that I have not had good relations with lawyers. Very hesitant to hire anyone. Andrew sat and answered ALL my questions and when I c/b he patiently answered them also. He treated me with respect and honesty. Very good man. I still not crazy about lawyers but he will be the one to change my mind. Contact him for legal advise. Best one out there.

suffered a fall at a local Austin restaurant that resulted in serious injury requiring surgery. I believed the restaurant to be at fault for not adequately marking a hidden stairway. Andrew was engaged to handle my case. I found him, at all times, to be prepared and more than competent. He kept me informed on the status of my case, but more importantly, prepared well me for the the activities that would require my participation... namely the process of taking depositions. He was there during the mediation negotiations and in the end I received an out of court settlement that I believed to fair and adequate. I would recommend Andrew without hesitation. I for one am a very satisfied customer.

Andrew Traub recently represented me in a civil case and did an excellent job. He was thorough, patient, a good listener and has great integrity. He went above and beyond what I expected and always returned phone calls and emails promptly - a trait not all lawyers share! I highly recommend Andrew Traub as an outstanding, caring attorney
