May 9, 2009 I am sad to have learned of the passing of the Honorable Judge Scott Ozmun on Friday. Judge Ozmun presided over the 353rd District Court and will be remembered for his intelligence and compassion.About Andrew Traub In Texas, if you were at fault, then your award will be reduced by the amount you were at fault. But if you were more than fifty percent (50%) at fault, you will not recover anything.
